How Authors Can Make Money (Real Money) with Their Book

Here’s a promising exercise. Go to a coffee shop or your favorite place with a blank sheet of paper. Change of place + change of pace = inspiration and creativity.

Put your sheet of paper in landscape mode and draw a circle in the middle of the page. This is your hub. Then, draw 6-10 circles around your hub, connecting them to the center circle, like the spokes on a wheel. In the center circle, write “My Book.”

Forget about writing a book to pay the mortgage! In some cases, book royalties from writing a book can pay the mortgage and more, but it’s certainly not common. So don’t count on it.

But ther’s a proven strategy to use your book to pay much more than a mortgage. It can be a key part of building your business and generating significant profit
